A very nice Stormdolk M1917 with number matching serial of 5021D. Found in the Netherlands on the attic of the family that had this piece for many years since World War II. The blade is in very good condition with almost all of its blueing still present. Other than the very small surface imperfections, it is in very good condition. The crossgaurd has some minor surface rust. The wooden grip has a few woodworm holes. I have had it in quaraintine to make sure and it is no longer active or present. The scabbard and leather is in great and suple condition. It is marked with the CW "Centrale Werkplaats" Made by Staatsbedrijf Der Artillerie-Inrichtingen Hembrug, 1917 - 1918 and was issued to the Army and Marines between 1917 and 1940 in the Netherlands. Stunning piece of Dutch History!
