A nice Dutch M38 Helmet. Made by Verblifa, Marked inside CM1939 and with the name "Veldhuizen". Possibly from Albertus Veldhuizen 1916-1940. Beneath the scratched in name is a vague handwriting. The helmet was found in the province of birth and was not able to find any other soldiers under the name, Veldhuizen. Fallen during the defense of the Netherlands on May 16, 1940 near Ouwehands Dierenpark, Rhenen.
No damage or repairs. Overall in good condition!
